Christian Bartholomew Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for Saint Vincent Hospital and Tenet Healthcare’s Massachusetts Market
Feb 24, 2023WORCESTER, Mass. – February 24, 2023 – Christian Bartholomew has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for both Saint Vincent Hospital and for Tenet Healthcare’s Massachusetts Market, effective February 27.
Bartholomew brings significant human resources leadership experience to the position. He comes to Saint Vincent Hospital and the Massachusetts Market from National Health Care Associates, where he served as Regional Director of Human Resources covering Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. National Health Care Associates is a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care through its network of skilled nursing and assisted living centers throughout the northeast.

Bartholomew received his Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management and his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in human resource management, from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine. He earned his certification from the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
